I used a black dress from Goodwill, shredded the bottom and added purple tulle. I made my belt from a fabric I bought at wal-mart that had a pleathery back to it. I added buckles to my boots. Bought my hat, tights, and broom. Except for that swirly piece on my broom. I added that myself to give it a fantasy feel to it. I''m all about fantasy!!
